You can direct American Bureau of Liens not to sell or share personal information associated with you, your household, your notice activity, or a public-record-derived lead profile we can reasonably match to you.

For this page, "sell" and "share" include licensing, disclosing, making available, or otherwise providing personal information, contact information, notice-response data, or lead data to law firms, attorneys, legal-service providers, referral partners, data customers, or advertising/analytics partners where the activity is covered by applicable privacy law.

Submitting this request does not remove public records from a court, clerk, recorder, county portal, or third-party archive. It tells us to apply the preference in our systems. If you also want to stop future physical notices to a mailing address, submit the mail opt-out form.

We may need enough information to match the request to the correct person, household, notice, or record. We use information submitted here only to process and document the privacy request, apply suppression or opt-out signals where required, and maintain audit records.
